TOBY'S GARDEN PARTY
Anyone that knows me knows that I have a personal connection with the The Toby Henderson Trust, so when Lesley asked if I would take some photos at Toby’s Garden music festival the answer was always going to be wey aye!
Sometimes people with autism can feel lost in our chaotic world and the trust is somewhere for them to relate to, somewhere to feel safe and calm so what a perfect venue for them to enjoy themselves…. And enjoy themselves they did! With music from la Sonora boreal on the stage, some excellent acoustic in the garden to an excellent story that had me in suspense and topped off by 2 performances from the adults at the trust who had more courage than I will ever have because there would be no way I would be on the stage! It was an amazing day for these unique and inspirational people full of smiles and fun! Credit to everyone involved for making this happen.
